In this weather your best bet at getting a good catch is fishing very early in the morning and late in the evening, when the sun is low enough and fish are most active.

In cool, overcast weather fish tend to become more active in the afternoon. Keep this in mind when fishing in such weather.

This kind of weather is great for fishing all day long, with fish activity reaching its peak early in the morning and late in the evening.
